Hi guys... in this post I'll be talking about BFFs. Real or not? Is it possible to have a BEST FRIEND that lasts FOREVER?
Some rare cases say yes, most cases say well... not really and not always.
I've had some friends that I thought were well, you know, friends. I mean, I didn't confide in them all that much or told my deepest secrets or had them comfort me when I was feeling down... but I had friends that lasted a long time.
But then... we grow up and go separate paths and even though we still send each other birthday gifts, we don't really... talk all that much any more. And I never told her my deepest secrets or anything...
So, when I see this BFF thing common seemingly in the USA, I wonder, if maybe it COULD be a cultural thing? Japanese are more reserved by nature. It's our culture. Confiding in someone your biggest secrets is like having them look at you without your clothes on. Maybe.
But seriously, BFFs sound like SOOOO much fun!
You watch movies together, go shopping (I'm a girl), talk about this boy or that boy, get fashion advice... plus, you know you always have a shoulder to cry on when you're down.
I wonder if being in Japan made me miss out on that... or could it have been this way anyway? I mean, I am on the shy side and shy people tend to only have a small handful of somewhat trustworthy friends. Most of the time I spend alone soooo I don't really know how constant companionship will work for me :/
*whispers* I hope I can get married one day :/
So, from a shy person point of view, I've always struggled with this "friend" thing that you have to bother with when you're in society. What are some things you look for in a friend? And to those who have best buds, what makes them so special besides the BFF must haves I talked about earlier? Is there a formula for someone who could be your BFF or does the duration of the friendship matter as well?
The true relationship of Coca-Cola and Pepsi, questions like "What is real?" or "What is consciousness?", to stupid/entertaining things like the "If...scenarios" or "ABCDEFGoogle Search!", this blog has it all.

Frozen "Let It Go"... No, "Keep It In"
So, typhoon update! The typhoon did not hit where I live so very hard but apparently it did crash down hard on some places.
Anyway, to business.
So I've seen tons of "Let It Go" parodies and stuff and decided to make one of my own... well sorta. I made it in a way so that you COULD sing it, just about, with the original melody. I dare you to sing it and post it on YouTube :)
Opposite "Let It Go": Keep It In
The desert burns black on the plains this morning
All hand prints can be seen
A dictatorship of integration
and it looks like we're not the Kings
The dust is whispering like this straightened calmness inside
Could let it go
Earth doesn't know we've given up
Let them out,
let them overlook
Be the bad boys we don't have to be
Reveal, do feel,
let them know
Well now they don't know
Keep it in, keep it in
Can always free it
Keep it in, keep it in
Confront and open the door
We do care
what they're going to mumble
Let the calmness ebb down
The heat always bothered us anyway
It's grave how some contact
Makes one thing seem big
And the pleasures that always freed us
Can get to us any time
It's not time to overlook what we can't do
To test the extensions and keep it inside
All wrong, all right, there are rules for us,
We're bound
Keep it in, keep it in
We are many with the dust and ground
Keep it in, keep it in
You'll always see us smile
There we sit
And there we'll depart
Let the calmness ebb down
Our powers are motionless through the dust into the sky
Our souls are straightening in melted circles all around
And many thoughts fall apart like a boiling stillness
We're always staying here, the future is in the future
Keep it in, keep it in
And we'll descend like nightfall
Keep it in, keep it in
Those flawed boys are here
There we sit
In the dark of night
Let the calmness ebb down
The heat always bothered us anyway!

Typhoon Is Coming! Is it coming???
Hi!
It's almost 1am. Expecting typhoon any moment here in Japan. Everyone's on edge about it because...
1. It could be disastrous.
2. It could cancel school.
3. It would be great if school were canceled.
4. Typhoons are dramatic and everyone knows that even though it is disastrous they still have fun while it's around. That's what's sad about it which brings us to...
5. Typhoons are dangerous.
Thank you for reading the Typhoon Reality Check... wait, that's what that was?
This post was almost pointless because...
1. There's a list.
2. People don't like list blogs...
3. or they could care less.
4. It was about typhoons and I don't even have enough information.
5. I pointed out a random fact that we, people, enjoy thrill whether we want to admit it or not.
6. Actually there's no point in writing about it.
7. I copied and pasted the list from the one I just, just, just wrote on a forum on Figment: Write Yourself In.
8. I don't have anything else to talk about...
9. so instead I made another list.
10. I didn't talk about the characteristics of a typhoon even though I wrote "Typhoon Reality Check".
